This December, I was quite productive as I had more time to draw during winter break. However, with that time I ended up reading more than I drew, which I enjoy equally. Throughout the month, I worked on several projects, including designs for charity and other designs for sale. I’m not sure what else to add, so I’ll just share my work!
I did one little tweened piece for practice to get more used to live2d. Still sort of don’t know what I’m doing but its fineee </3.

I made many designs for raffling off in an attempt to grow my Toyhou.se account or advertise the gacha. The style of them isn’t too stable but I’m trying my best :’). I’m not going to show them all since most are pretty mid.

In addition, I made a character for offer since I liked their design a little too much to become another raffle. The theme was night manta ray and it was based off a cute mood board I was on Pinterest. I was going to keep them if I didn’t like any offers but I did accept a USD offer in the end.

This month I’ve also decided make some characters for charity. The charity in question is https://www.stjude.org/give.html (If you can you should totally donate as well!) I will leave the link here. I have not finished selling the characters yet since it is not really easy to make money as always. By myself its somewhat hard to make too big of an impact but its fine and ill try to help them by giving as much as I can.
The first batch consisted of smaller designs featuring cute little animals, like kittens. It was a gachapon-style sale, where rolls were priced at $15, with an auto-buy option set initially at $30. I later lowered the auto-buy price to $20. So far, I’ve sold two of them, totaling $45. Out of the first batch my favorite would be the alien one (4th one) and that one is also the one that got bought. The second batch was a “Buy to Adopt” (BTA) and included larger designs. One item in this batch was bought for $50, bringing the current total raised to $95. All the money went directly to charity and starting from now I’m going to track it all on a spreadsheet so I don’t forget. I’m continuing to advertise both batches to try to generate a few more sales. If only I had more subscribers, it would make things a bit easier. (1/19/2024 UPDATE: sold the rest at a discounted price totaling $174)

Lastly, I did one rendering this month and drew a friend’s character with their favorite character (Sunday from Honkai: Star Rail). My favorite thing about this piece would definitely have to be the colors! However the rendering is very messy because I got tired.
